Abstract: Celeste è comparsa una mattina nell'ascensore e poi rieccola a scuola, in classe. E dopo? Celeste è sparita e ha lasciato un piccolo cuore infranto. Dov'è Celeste? Celeste è malata, ma di una strana malattia: tutte le ferite del mondo appaiono sul suo corpo. Sulla fronte ha una piccola macchia, come un cuore smangiato. Quella macchia ricorda qualcosa: l'ultimo ettaro di foresta amazzonica. E la spalla? La pelle è spelata e disegna nettamente i contorni dell'Artide. La desertificazione dell'Africa, l'immersione delle coste indiane, tutte le catastrofi ecologiche del mondo appaiono sul corpo di Celeste.
